12/21/07 - Mike is pursuing other properties while he watches Kenosha and Rausch.

12/20/07 - Rausch - Tried to make an offer, but real estate status changed to pending.  Mike will watch this listing, but it's probably done.  We just weren't able to move quick enough on this property.

12/7/2007 - Kenosha:  Made offer on house, but it was rejected.  Still negotiating with lender.  House was not on market too long, so hopefully lender will become more realistic with pricing.  Will continue to pursue, but need to wait for lender.
