Strategic Property Investments was recently formed to take advantage of distressed property markets.  Our mission is to provide service to the community by improving the condition of properties within a given neighborhood and then selling or renting the properties to individuals looking for a home.  We believe a true win-win relationship can be established with all parties involved.
